RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers by phone, email, and in‑office
• Process policy changes, billing questions, and general service requests
• Assist customers through claims with clarity and care
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional coverage options
• Support agency sales goals through cross‑selling, upselling, and proactive outreach
• Maintain accurate records and follow State Farm procedures
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, team‑focused office environment

QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to obtain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty; Life & Health a plus)

• Reliable, organized, and team‑oriented
• Customer service experience helpful but not required
